Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unemptied, and shown with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, it will be processed in our system immediately, and you shall be sent an email confirming that your refund is in the works. How long it takes to have the funds back in your hands is at the discretion of your bank. This can be anywhere from immediately after refund processing, to 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us!
Please note that items sent back to us will not be accepted, and will not qualify for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
